I haven’t been bloging for a couple of days now, because I have been on the set of Maskinisten’s new music video called “Långsamt”, (in english the closest word would be “slowly” ). It was great! It was my very first time being on a real set, watching how a music video is being made and the most important part is that I had the chance to do this with one of my favourite artists ever, Maskinisten. Along with that, I had the pleasure to meet people who work with music , meaning the directors, photographer, people who work with music managing/marketing (my thing), but also 2 really cool guys, Christos, the artist that sings along with Maskinisten, and Sebbe. (I actually had seen Christos and Sebbe before, but didn’t really meet them in person, I did that now 🙂 )
The funniest part is that as soon as I heard “Christos”, I kind of realised that he must be greek and when we started talking we were like :
(Him) -I’m half Greek.
(Me) -Really?? I’m all Greek!
Haha so we talked actually in greek, english and swedish. 😀 He told me so many things about him, he let me listen to some of his samples that he is going to be releasing in 2013 and some of his future plans that include collaborations with global DJs! Oh yeah!
It has been a great chance for me and I really want to thank Mr. Jerry, Christos, Sebbe and the all other people who were there and let me be a part of it. I’ve learnt so many things and had an amazing time. Thank you! 🙂
Day 1, on the set
This one below was a special tecnique, of showing a short film that is going to be part of the video, but the cool thing is that the film is actually going to be seen on Maskinisten’s skin. I was sitting on the other room with the guys when they were filming this and all of a sudden I hear “Irene! Come here and check this out! ” It was Mr. Jerry! 😀 ❤
Day 2, shooting at Mr. Jerry’s house
Christos and me looping a bit on the pauses!
Baby sister followed me at the shooting yesterday ❤
