Hey friends!

I figured the other day that it would be a good idea to share here my Spotify lists in case you’re looking for new music and inspiration. I have lots of them but not too many, some of them with old songs, some of them with new ones. Feel free to take a look! 🙂

Have a great Sunday guys and an even greater blessed new week with lots of music!

The ArtRave Echo

On the 30th of September 2014, I attended for the first time a Lady Gaga concert and happened to be The ArtRave : The Artpop Ball. From that day and on, my life was never really the same.

I wanted to attend one of her shows for so long, but life, money and other things always seemed to get in the way. Wanted to do it mostly, not only because I wanted to see how she performs live, like I do with other artists, but I wanted this to be a relief of mine, a reassurance, a thank you that I felt I owed her for so many years.

I still remember that I hadn’t slept that last couple of days before the show, wanting to make sure that my outfit, my hair and all the last details were on point before the big moment comes. Needless to say that I bought our tickets almost a year before the show.

Just like any other show that I attend, I don’t really realize it until the moment comes when the lights go down, the noise and the background music stops, and you hold your breath, you stare towards the stage and the curtain falls. It was something like that with the ArtRave as well, except now it was on a totally new level. It was extremely big. It was like nothing you experienced before. The lights, the stamina, the action, the people waiting, the stage design, the graphics, the colors, the anticipation, the music, the glitter, the outfits, the smiles, and the interactions were beyond anything you have seen in any other show that you might have been to.

Around 9, and when the opening acts had finished their performance, when the huge screen stopped showing the different art forms, out of the blue, the huge white piece of garment that was covering the background of the stage, fell to the floor with grace and the lights went down. A tiny angel dressed in a glitterish bejeweled leotard and silver blonde hair rose up on the scene, surrounded by maybe ten dancers dressed in colorful yet bizarre costumes made of silicone and plastic.

At that moment I couldn’t really believe in my eyes. I couldn’t realize what was going on. The feeling that this must be an illusion hit me up again, but this time more strongly like never before. But it was true. This white little angel was indeed my hero friend who knew all the struggles that I had been through all these years. Who knew how much I wanted to give up but never did.

My friend, who made me realize how great and priceless it is to be able to find yourself, to believe in your dreams and to find your own path in life. At that moment I felt that for all of this, I owe her nothing but my true support and love till the end of time. A true musician, a great performer, a true artist. An artist that has helped so many lost souls find their way in this crazy world, including mine.

I know that putting a couple of pictures in this post is not going to make you understand all the unending river of feelings that I had that night, but it is definitely going to help you a bit.

A couple of shots before, during and after the show. If you have been to a Gaga concert and want to share your experience, feel free to comment in the comment section below, I would love to read what you have to say. Have a great day / night my friends, wherever you are with lots of music! 🙂

Til It Happens To You

Second release of the day, is a release of the most talented artists of our generation, and I am talking of course about Gaga. I had no idea that she was going to release a new track, but turns out she did. I sometimes feel too small to actually comment or say anything about the greatness and depth of her voice and talent. I can only say that I feel that her voice keeps getting better and better and that with every single new release of hers you can see the progress and the effort she puts in.

The new song is called “Til it happens to you” and it is a song with a really strong video and a powerful message. I honestly believe that if all artists thought like Gaga does, our world would be a better place.

Take a look and see for yourselves! 🙂

2014 In Pictures

2014 has been one for the most blessed years for me. I have managed to do so many stuff, made so many new friends, traveled quite a lot and experienced music more than ever. I shot and basically been to so many shows that I can actually say that have been life-changing. Thirty Seconds to Mars, Daughtry, Backstreet Boys, Gavin Degraw, H.E.A.T , Reckless Love, T.N.T , Europe, Aerosmith, GAGA, Rival Sons, Twin Atlantic, OUTLOUD, Stockholm Rocks, Väsby Rock Festival, Rockbåten 2014, are some of the artists and festivals I experienced live. Moments like that are really priceless. ❤ I really hope and wish that 2015 includes way more music and live shows, blessings and health. 🙂

Have a great happy new year my dear friends, take care and be careful these days.

All love from cold Sweden.

❤ 🙂

Music Statistics For 2014

Yesterday I got to know how 2014 was according to my music taste and the music I played on Spotify. It was a really great way to find out how much music I listened to, the albums and artists I played the most and what day in the week I used to listen to the most music. For me, the song I played the most was “A shot at redemption” by H.E.A.T . I never doubted that since I listen to that song almost every day up till now. My most played artist was of course Gaga. No doubts about that either since I play Gaga every day, not only the latest record but every single record she has released. As about my most played artists, they are Gaga, HIM, Reckless Love, H.E.A.T and Daughtry. I listen to way more bands than just them, and my top 4 favorite are the first four, but I guess I played mostly them in 2014. 🙂 I think that Spotify is a really great and smart way to listen to music and help your favorite artists get paid for it, without anything having to do with piracy or other illegal stuff. You should see your statistics too for 2014 you might actually be surprised! 🙂

Have a nice day friends!

People inspire me and I inspire people. And we all get inspired by music and Gaga. This friend of mine on Instagram, got inspired by my jean vest that I created a couple of weeks ago and so he created one of his own as an outfit for the ArtRAVE. I get so glad when I inspire people. The feeling is priceless! Have a happy Sunday people, listen to a lot of music and take care! 😄❤️

Last night we were at the ArtRAVE, Lady Gaga’s concert. I really didn’t realize when it started and when it ended. I guess my anticipation and adrenaline were so big that I don’t remember much from last night. I have been waiting for this moment for more than 3 years now and last night it came true. During the show I was so magnetized that I didn’t look anywhere else, only towards her because I was too afraid that I would get distracted and I would miss moments that will not come back.

There was so many lights, glitter and little paper hearts flying up in the air, in was magical. Throughout the whole show and specially when she was playing the piano, I know inside my heart that I had pure moments of clarity and I realized things about my life in general, like the fact that I will be forever devoted to the kingdom of music. Or the fact that if I didn’t live in Sweden one of my biggest dreams would never come true.

People tend to talk shit about her almost all the time like “she is so weird, so crazy, look at her outfit, how did she come out with a meat-dress, look at her wig, why doesn’t she have any clothes on?? …” But that’s all most people do. They judge and judge without realizing that deep inside, she is a true artist, a great performer, a true musician. She writes all her songs, she plays the piano, and she has never ever sang with playback support. That’s what an artist who respect themselves does.

But the most important fact is that her music has helped so many lost souls in this crazy world, including mine. She knew the struggles I have been trough the last 4 years, she knew how much I wanted to give up but I didn’t , and she was there when no one else was. To that I owe her nothing but my true and loyal support till the end of time. She helped me through her music when no one else did and she made me realize how great it is to finally find yourself and your way in this world, and to believe in your dreams, because if you want it bad enough, you can achieve anything. The world is yours. Forever rebel, born this way. ❤
